As a third generation Washingtonian, Jean Groesbeck has deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, as well as having lived in a number of different Washington cities. She and her husband, Paul, fell in love with Anacortes while boating in the San Juan Islands, making the decision to move here from Bellevue, WA, in 1999. Jean brings leadership to Coldwell Banker Bain and more than 25 years in sales and marketing and an extensive list of credentials of selling real estate in Skagit County. Her expertise earned as the owner of a marketing consulting business assures sellers of efficient and creative promotion of their properties; buyers gain enthusiastic partners offering creative ways to identify a home they’ll love, one that’s perfect for their individual lifestyle. Jean is one of the area’s most exceptional REALTORS® and a friendly, efficient broker.
